| CUSTOM HOME DESIGN #3 -- The BARNSDALE 2057 Sq Ft Split Level 3 Bedroom 3 Bath 2 Car Garage Floor Plan The Barnsdale are medium footprint floor plans for a medium budget. It gives the illusion of a large house (over 100' long) with a medium square footage. The Main Level has cathedral ceilings (14' peaks) and an Open Floor plan 3 Bedrooms are located on the Main Level. The 12' sliding glass doors off the Great Room allows a seamless "flow" between the Screen Porch (which is finished in drywall) and the Living Areas. The Lower Level is 3 feet below grade and allows for full size windows. The Upper Level is 7 feet above grade and allows for a commanding view of the surroundings.
