3 Car Garage Floor Plan
The
Braxton are medium footprint floor plans for a medium
budget. The Main Level
has
cathedral ceilings (14' peaks) and an Open Floor plan.
3 Bedrooms and a Den (or 4th Bedroom) are
located on the Main Level. The 12' sliding glass doors off
the Great Room allows a seamless "flow" between the
Screen Porch and the Living Areas. The
Lower
Level is 3 feet below grade and allows for full size windows. The
Upper Level is 7 feet above grade and allows for a commanding
view of
the surroundings. There is a Garage and a
Recreation Room on the
Lower Level. These are floor plans for a larger family who don't have a
large budget.
