It has a small front and a long depth but doesn't have large square footage. A pair of 12' sliding glass doors off the Great Room and Kitchen allows a seamless "flow" to the Screen Porch. The Lower Level is 3 feet below grade and allows for full size windows. The Upper Level is 7 feet above grade and allows for a commanding view of the surroundings. There is a Recreation Room, 2 bedrooms and lots of storage on the Lower Level.
